Return Policy
- The customer has no right to claim from StepShip for a shipment confiscated by customs due to a lack of necessary documentation for clearance, non-payment of customs fees, the presence of prohibited items, or any other reason.
- The customer bears full return shipping fees for shipments returned by customs due to the lack of required documentation.
- The customer is responsible for paying additional costs to retrieve the shipment due to providing an incomplete address, an undeliverable address, or not responding to carrier inquiries.
- In the case of the customer requesting a return of their international shipment for any reason, return fees will be charged.
- StepShip is not liable for any fees for shipments that have been damaged or have lost contents before being received at StepShip warehouses.
- A $10 return service fee will be charged (shipment with the retailer's label), the responsibility falls between the customer and the retailer who provided the label.
- In case the customer requests the return of the shipment to the retailer through our account, only the estimated shipping value will be charged without calculating service fees.
